I have had kidney stones before and I can tell you that the pain is unbearable! I can tell when I’m starting to have another ‘flare up’ when I start getting a pain in my lower left back. Is there kidney stone pain relief? I have one this afternoon and it’s a scary feeling! I looked up what essential oil I should use to help with this and doTerra Lemon essential oil in water was the answer. I drank the water and feeling some relief already.
