I am super excited to share with you an awesome custom t-shirt I designed at www.dressunited.com.  The website makes is super simple to create your own custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies in a matter of minutes.  I decided to create a shirt for my other business, DoTerra essential oils since I’m an Independent Product Consultant with DoTerra.

First, I went to the website www.dressunited.com.  I decided to create a long sleeved t-shirt by clicking the ‘womens’ tab and selecting the ‘LADIES LONG SLEEVE – Fashion (Amer. Apparel) shirt’.  Now comes the fun part!  You choose a color for the shirt, and type in the text you want it to say.  I uploaded a saved version of the DoTerra IPC logo and pasted that at the top of the shirt.

Next, I typed in the words ‘I have an oil for that’ and then chose the color for the text.  I also put the DoTerra logo on the back of the shirt.  You can add names and numbers to the shirts if you are making them for a team, really you can make them however you want…that’s why they are custom!

I had a member of customer service call me the day after I submitted my order because the DoTerra logo was not going to show up well on the pink shirt.  He recommended changing it to the color of the text so it would show up.  I am so glad the design team caught this before printing or my shirt wouldn’t have turned out as good as it did.  I LOVE the final product and recommend anyone make a custom t-shirt with www.dressunited.com for their custom t-shirt needs.  Here’s a 30% off code exclusively for Captain Coupon shipmates at dressunited.com, Code: BLOG30OFF4U.

I’m sure you’ve heard this phrase in a song before; ‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year’. Oh, it is a wonderful, magical time when you step outside to see twinkling lights and glistening snow. Then the cold air hits you. It’s freezing and windy and all exposed skin tightens in the cold. Don’t let the elements prevent you from enjoying your holidays! I was given a sample of the new Carmex Lip Conditioner to review. It’s not anything like the other Carmex products I’ve used. It’s actually a lotion for your lips with 13 moisturizing ingredients. My favorite way to use this product is to put it on and then put on my lipstick. I also like to use the Carmex lip conditioner right before bed when I would like to moisturize my lips but I don’t need a lot of thick, heavy protection like I would if I was going outdoors. Overall, I really like this product. My advise is if you are going to be in intense hot or cold outdoors to use one of the other great Carmex products like the Carmex Moisture Plus sticks to give you extra moisture and protection, but if your lips need a little moisture and conditioning then this is your answer.
